Effect:: oven and fridge down 90s; queue patience drains at 2×
Prep / Counter:: a $1,200 backup generator switches instantly; or pre-steer the queue to takeout

Viral Rush

Trigger:: random after decor rating hits 4.5★
Effect:: traffic ×3 for 40 minutes — a reward and a disaster; fail the tempo and it is a mass-review event

Effect:: a "Doughminos" opens across the street: -20% traffic for 3 days
Prep / Counter:: cut ¥1 or run a special and hold; they collapse on their own slow tickets in 3 days
