★ Recommended unlock order
Pepperoni → Capricciosa → Calzone (after the takeout window) → Truffle. Hawaiian and Quattro are taste calls; hold Sweetheart until you are chasing decor ratings. Logic: lock in the highest margin × order-rate staples first — signatures are garnish.
